President & CEO

Dr. Sahoo has over 30 years of experience in the area of decision science, operations research and enterprise Digital transformation in supporting operational and strategic vision, for top-tier firms including Waste Management, FedEx, IIT, ESRI, and top ten environmental service companies in North America. Dr. Sahoo is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, India, and a M.S., and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis, Memphis, TN.  Dr. Sahoo, a Franz Edelman Laureate (2004), has published several papers in well-known periodicals.
